We're partnering with a respected specialist contractor at the forefront of the commercial glazing sector. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality delivery, they are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of complex glazing and building envelope packages.

The Opportunity
You will lead the delivery of commercial glazing projects including:
- Curtain wall systems
- Window wall systems
- Storefront glazing
- Architectural glass installations
- Doors and entrance systems
- Railings and architectural metalwork
- Building envelope and façade packages
Key Responsibilities
- Manage glazing and façade projects from handover to completion
- Coordinate design, engineering, fabrication and installation activities
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and commercial performance
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and field teams
- Support procurement and material coordination
- Oversee site progress and installation activities
- Identify and resolve project risks proactively
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction
- Strong experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, window wall or façade projects
- Ability to read drawings, specifications and contract documents
- Experience managing budgets, schedules and subcontractors
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Commercially minded with a solutions-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
