Job Summary
AIU LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager / Project Assistant to support the Project Manager with daily operations, field coordination, warehouse organization, and administrative tasks. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure successful project execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day operations and project activities.
- Prepare and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Track project documents, deliveries, and material inventory.
- Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse materials and equipment.
- Support field activities and perform basic tasks using hand tools when required.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project coordination as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and maintain a drug-free workplace.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in office, warehouse, and construction environments.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Construction, warehouse, or project coordination experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Korean is a plus but not required.
