About Us
Kobi Auto Collision is a high-end body shop in Hempstead, NY.
We're now launching a new brand, and we're hiring the person who will help build it from zero. This role works side by side with the owner.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the owner to launch and build this new brand from the ground up
- Brand execution: social content, campaigns, positioning, competitor and market research
- Plan, produce, and post content across Instagram and TikTok — scripting, filming, editing, scheduling
- Use AI tools daily to move faster on content, research, copy, and admin
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional track record
- Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) — daily use, not casual familiarity
- Real marketing instincts: you understand audience and positioning, not just how to schedule a post
- Comfortable on camera and behind it
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Extremely organized. Nothing gets dropped
- Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Valid driver's license
