The Junior Operator is responsible for the manufacturing of lead oxide. They are to follow all applicable company policies and procedures, OSHA, EPA and DOT rules and regulations, ISO-9001 process procedures and are responsible for the effective operation of the Quality System. In the absence of the Senior Operator, he/she is to assume the responsibilities of said Senior Operator.
