Schedule & Availability Requirements
Because PRN staff often balance multiple jobs, we prioritize advanced planning and predictability:
- Minimum Hours: Must work a minimum of 20 hours per month to remain in active status.
- Weekend Requirement: Must work at least one weekend per month.
- Advance Scheduling: Required to submit availability one month in advance to allow for seamless scheduling.
- Holiday Commitment: Required to work one major Summer holiday and one major Winter holiday per year.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA License (Required — this role is strictly for licensed CNAs)
- At least 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel across Montgomery County (Required)
- Ability to commute to Collegeville, PA 19426 and surrounding areas
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality, compassionate hands-on care and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in clients' homes.
- Step in to support scheduling coverage based on your submitted availability.
- Deliver individualized care according to client care plans while maintaining a safe and safe-supportive environment.
- Maintain clear communication with the care management team regarding client updates and needs.
