Lanoha Nurseries is searching for an experienced Class A CDL Driver and Equipment Operator. We are growing and have an excellent opportunity for a skilled heavy equipment operator, where you will run various types of new heavy equipment while working with an experienced crew of hard-working individuals. This position offers diversity of tasks through a wide scope of projects such as the Omaha Riverfront, Gene Lehey mall and many commercial developments in the Omaha and surrounding area. You will experience career stability and leadership support.
What this job is about:
- Work on a variety of projects - Hands-on position with a variety of tasks
- Self-managing position
- Operate new Semi trucks & sidump’rs, articulated dump trucks, dozers, excavators, skid loaders, back hoes, graders and more.
- Ensure safe delivery of equipment and landscaping materials to job sites.
- Experience with large scale snow removal is helpful in the winter

Requirements
- CDL Drivers - Must hold and maintain a valid Driver’s License with a CDL endorsement A
- Physically capable to carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations preferred and demonstrated history of following safety procedures for loading, travel and unloading equipment
- Demonstrate ability with both large vehicles and small construction equipment
- Minimum 6-months of experience working in a construction or landscaping environment is desired.
