Route Sales Representative
MONDAY–FRIDAY | UP TO $70,000+/YEAR | $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Location: Burnsville, MN Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 50 hours/week
Start Time: Approximately 4:30 a.m.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Commission-based, with earnings up to $70,000+/year
Kitchen Fresh Foods is expanding into the Hudson, Wisconsin and Minneapolis, Minnesota markets, and we're looking for a motivated Route Sales Representative to help us grow.
This is more than a delivery job. You'll have your own route, build relationships with customers, grow sales, and help establish Kitchen Fresh Foods in a new market. No previous route sales experience is required—we'll train you!
What You'll Do
- Manage an assigned customer route and grow sales.
- Build relationships with store managers and customers.
- Deliver, stock, and merchandise fresh food products.
- Introduce new products and promotional opportunities.
- Maintain inventory and process orders using a handheld device.
- Monitor products, displays, and shelf space.
- Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Ability to meet applicable DOT medical certification requirements.
- Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing.
Previous sales or delivery experience is helpful, but NOT required. Training is provided.
