Job Summary
A leading manufacturing company in Redmond is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assemblers to join its production team. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will assemble mechanical components and subassemblies while following blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards to produce high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to work instructions and engineering specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, calipers, and tape measures
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects or non-conforming materials
- Operate light manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn assembly processes
- Ability to read measuring devices and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Effective communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
