Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. As a CNA/HHA, you will provide direct care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and support the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support safe transfers and mobility
Follow individualized care plans
Document care and communicate changes to the nursing team
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Requirements:
Active HHA or CNA certification in the State of Indiana required
Passion for working with seniors
Strong reliability and teamwork
Ability to lift or assist up to 50 pounds
Assisted living or memory care experience preferred but not required
