- 日常：
- 处理入库，出库正常流程之外的异常情况，保证流程不出错，库存正常
- 处理客户对仓库货物的盘点请求，额外操作--例如拍照，开箱检查质量等
- 日常理货，保持货架有足够的空位给入库方
- 对接我们的客服，沟通反馈一线的信息

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable ICQA Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting quality assurance processes to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Process inventory adjustments and reconcile inventory variances.
- Verify inbound and outbound inventory accuracy.
- Perform location audits and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
- Monitor inventory quality and identify damaged or defective products.
- Support physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare inventory reports and communicate findings to management.
- Work closely with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory movements.
- Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control, ICQA, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating Reach Trucks or Order Pickers is a plus.
- Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, with weekend work as required by business needs.
