Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hr (based on experience)

Your Role:
As our Certified Dietary Manager, you will:
Plan, direct, and coordinate all dietary operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Lead, schedule, and train dietary staff
Develop and oversee menus in collaboration with the Registered Dietitian
Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety
Partner with nursing and administrative staff to meet resident needs
Qualifications:
Active CDM, CFPP certification required
2+ years in dietary management, preferably in LTC/SNF
Strong leadership and communication skills
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (CMS, DOH)
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
