Key Responsibilities
- Style the Ride: Assist customers in selecting the best riding gear, casual apparel, and collectibles that fit their personal style and safety needs.
- Merchandising: Keep the showroom floor looking sharp by maintaining displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring a premium shopping environment.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest Harley-Davidson® gear, from technical riding jackets to the latest lifestyle collections.
- Point of Sale: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while promoting our member programs and upcoming dealership events.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability: Our customers ride hardest on the weekends, and so do we. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
- Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of people.
- Work Ethic: A self-starter who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: While you don’t need to own a bike, a passion for the brand and the "Open Road" lifestyle is a huge plus.
