We are hiring reliable, hardworking team members to support daily organizational operations including production activities, marketing projects, social media support, logistics, communications, order fulfillment, and shipping. Key Responsibilities
- Learn every aspect of our operations from production to marketing to warehousing
- Determine sales prices of items and prioritize further processing
- Display items and capture quality photos
- Upload and edit photos in database
- Perform quality checks and post items to various online marketplaces including eBay
- Assist with marketing and communications including customer support and social media
- Work with all levels of management and staff to ensure all daily operations are running smoothly
- Pick, pack, and ship orders (eBay, online marketplaces)
- Prepare items for safe and accurate delivery
Requirements
● Strong technical and computer skills
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Marketing and social media experience
● Some college or college degree
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 150 lbs with equipment
● Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
● Strong attendance and reliability
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
● Experience with e-commerce platforms (eBay, Etsy, Poshmark)
- Warehouse experience including shipping or fulfillment
● Volunteer experience
