What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude and assess their automotive needs.
- Clearly explain services and repairs, confidently recommending additional services when appropriate.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and communicate the scope of work clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Handle sales transactions, maintain records, and manage service documentation.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- Stay knowledgeable about common repairs—brake service, tire repairs, shocks and struts, diagnostics—and keep up with new technology.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, mechanic, or in an automotive service management role is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of general automotive repairs (brakes, tires, diagnostics, etc.).
- Tools: Familiarity with estimating software is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, upselling, cash handling, and multitasking skills.
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and customer-focused with a desire to grow.
