Heavy general labor position
Duties of trash collector:
*Collects refuse and recyclables on designated routes; retrieving, hauling, lifting, and loading items; operating compactors and loading equipment; rejecting unacceptable items
*Maintains safe and healthy work environment organization standards, and legal regulations; cleaning-up spills
Skills/Qualifications of trash collector:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
Must work outside in all types of weather
Must have reliable transportation- site not bus accessible
Must be reliable and have good customer service skills
