Our private dental practice is looking to add a passionate and dedicated hygienist to our team.
About Us: Blue Bridge Dental opened it's doors in March of 2023. Since then, our office has significantly grown here in the Allendale Community. Our experienced team is committed to a collaborative approach to dental care, emphasizing the vital role of our hygienists in patient education and health. We offer 1.5 hour new patient and 1 hour recall appointments for this reason. We truly value our team, and since opening our doors in early 2023, we have not had one single member who has joined us leave.
What We Offer:
- A supportive and innovative work environment. We are a group of moms, nursing moms, students, and more, and we support each other to balance our lives inside and outside of work.
- A co-diagnosis approach, where your insights are valued in patient care. Hygiene trust transfers are continuously practiced in our office. Our hygienists are the foundation of patient care, and they are who our patients develop that initial trusting relationship with.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth (more than just the MDA conference). Our entire team just returned from a dental conference retreat at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Florida, where we spent three days learning about health and dentistry and reviewing our own processes and systems. We also enjoyed having dinner as a team in Disney Springs, and seeing a Cirque Du Soleil show.
- A focus on educating patients about the oral-systemic connection and the impact of oral hygiene on overall health. We have a strong periodontal program and have established, science backed guidelines for all our recommended treatments, products, follow up protocols, when we refer out, and more.
