Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
- Follow OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Machinery scheduled maintenance. (checking and insuring proper levels of fluids, filters, coolants, etc..)
- Forklift operation (safely load/unload trucks, move materials around the shop, insuring proper maintenance of the forklift, etc..)
- Operating metal cut-off saws, circular saws, hand grinders, drills and other hand tools
- Assist in prepping our products for paint, painting, assembly, inspecting etc.
- General house keeping duties (sweeping, mopping, cleaning machinery, etc..)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
