What You’ll Do
- Conduct engaging property tours and confidently present community features and value
- Manage the full leasing lifecycle: lead follow-up, applications, approvals, renewals, and resident retention
- Accurately prepare and process lease documents, applications, and compliance paperwork
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of vacancies, leads, and leasing activity
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Coordinate seamless move-ins and move-outs
- Support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts to drive occupancy
- Partner with property management to deliver a high-level resident experience
- Contribute to daily office operations and maintain a professional environment
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English & Spanish (PLUS)
- 1–2 years of multifamily leasing experience (required)
- Strong sales mindset with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in apartment communities
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of OneSite, Apartments.com, Apartments 24/7 is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and compliance
- Reliable transportation (travel between properties may be required)
- Professional, motivated, and team-oriented
