Your Mission
Your primary responsibility is helping us generate new business.
You’ll work directly with the owner to identify opportunities, build relationships with event organizers, and help bring in new clients throughout Southern California.
You’ll use AI-powered tools to help create outreach while adding your own personal touch through email, phone calls, and social media.
Daily Responsibilities
- Research upcoming festivals, community events, venues, and production companies
- Send personalized outreach emails
- Follow up with existing leads
- Connect with businesses through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email
- Schedule meetings and phone calls
- Organize leads using spreadsheets or CRM software
- Prepare proposals using company templates
- Maintain communication with potential clients
- Assist with social media and marketing
- Coordinate event schedules and logistics when needed

- $22–25/hour depending on experience
- Performance bonuses for helping secure new clients
