Job Description:
Contentizer is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Miami team. In this role, you will assist customers with shipping inquiries, service requests, and order support while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
