Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Client with ambulation, range of motion and mobility
- Assist with hygiene including bed bath, sponge bath, shower/ tub bath in from supervision to total dependence
- Assist Client with activities of daily living such as dressing, hair care, skin care, and mouth care
- Assist with toileting and personal hygiene needs including incontinence care
- Assist with meal preparation, handling, feeding, food storage, and pest control
- Care for clothing (washing, drying, ironing, and putting away/hanging up)
- Record vital signs (BP, temp, HR, and resp) and record blood sugar
- Observe, record, and report self-administered medications
- Recognize and report indicators of abuse, neglect, illness, etc.
- Provide basic first aid and respond to emergency needs as they occur per company policy
- Provide companionship/emotional support
- Record every visit accordingly on the mobile app following proper compliance procedures
Qualifications:
- Must have current Nursing Assistant Certification
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must be able to record visits on a reliable mobile device
Schedule Options:
- Full-Time, Part-Time Weekdays, Weekends, Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available
*Training is provided for Care-Partners to receive $14.50 hourly. For administration purposes, $2 hourly of the $14.50 hourly is tied to compliant data submission required by the State.
