Content Creator (TikTok, Instagram & YouTube)

About Us
Springtime Farms is an exotic petting farm featuring capybaras, kangaroos, and many other unique animals. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated content creator who can capture the fun and excitement of our farm and turn it into engaging social media content.
What You’ll Do
This is not an office job. You’ll spend your time around our animals and guests creating content that people want to watch and share.
Responsibilities include:
- Film engaging videos throughout the farm.
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create content ideas without being told exactly what to film.
- Stay on top of current social media trends, sounds, and viral formats.
- Post content consistently and optimize captions, hashtags, and timing.
- Capture guest interactions and special moments while maintaining a family-friendly image.
- Help grow our social media following and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Creative thinker who constantly comes up with new content ideas.
- Comfortable filming people and animals.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Must have your own smartphone and/or camera equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience growing a social media account.
- Experience creating viral or high-performing videos.
- Photography skills are a plus.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
