Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Optometrist for an established outpatient community health organization in Madera, California.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Join a mission-driven outpatient eye care practice serving patients of all ages
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses
- Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Average 18-20 patients per day for a balanced clinical workload
- Practice with clinical autonomy while making a meaningful community impact
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $140,000-$165,000
- Productivity Bonus Opportunity
- Sign-On Bonus Available

SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday
- Optional 4-Day / 10-Hour Schedule Available
- No Call Responsibilities
ROLE
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic ocular conditions
- Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
- Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
- Educate patients on eye health and preventive care

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree REQUIRED
- Active California Optometry License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
- Experience Managing Acute And Chronic Eye Conditions Preferred
- Strong Patient-Centered Communication Skills REQUIRED
- Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
