Loca Latte on the Trail is a community driven cafe known for quality food and beverages, loyal customers, and a strong team culture that operates with purpose.
All team members are cross trainined and expected to learn and work in every area of the cafe.
Compensation is base pay of $8-$10 per hour plus full tip pool (average earnings with base pay plus tips is $13-$25/hour) based on experience
This hands on role includes:
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
- Beverage preperation
- Kitchen prep and food execution
- Maintaining clean and organized stations
- Assisting with opening, closing, & daily operational tasks
- Supporting overall cafe operations. All team members are cross trained and expected to learn and work in every area of the cafe.
- Following established systems and expectations

- Availabilty in mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
