Job Summary:
As part of our aesthetics team, you will play a vital role in creating meaningful, individualized experiences that nurture and delight our discerning guests. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of skincare, exceptional talent for performing a wide range aesthetic services, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a comprehensive range of professional skincare treatments, certified esthetic lash and brow services, and service upgrades.
- Conduct thorough consultations prior to performing any service, assessing clients’ skin-care needs and goals, and creating personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver an unparalleled client experience by maintaining a serene and professional demeanor, ensuring client comfort, and building lasting relationships.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products to support their at-home care.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences and results.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment rooms and public areas, adhering to all state and local regulations.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous education and training.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment; attend staff meetings and participate in Sinder Haus sponsored events.
- Uphold Sinder Haus’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician license in the state of New Jersey (minimum 3 years); additional certifications in specialized treatments are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role within a spa or med spa environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products (both professional and retail), ingredients, and facial protocols.
- Exceptional customer service, communication skills, and a commitment to exceeding expectations with a genuine passion for guest service and client care.
- Ability to navigate online training and related software programs to complete required product courses.
