The Superintendent will oversee all on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Candidates must have a proven track record managing grocery or big-box retail builds and be open to regional travel.
Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations and enforce site safety, quality, and schedule
- Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors and field staff
- Conduct daily site meetings with project management and client representatives
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy
- Monitor schedule progress and identify potential issues early
- Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and safety compliance
Superintendent Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years as Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
- Experience with Supermarkets, Grocery stores (IE: Trader Joes, Aldi's) builds strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
- Must be open to travel within the West Coast market.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
