Overview
We are looking for a proactive team member to provide superior customer service while preserving, protecting and enhancing the value of the communities we manage throughout Brunswick County. We provide management of community property, financial services, and administrative services. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company. Duties:
Contact and coordinate vendors for community maintenance and special projects
Obtain competitive bids for annual services and special projects
Conduct periodic inspections and meet onsite with vendors
Understand community governing documents, architectural guideline, maintenance responsibilities
Ensure maintenance of all files, records and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and good business practices.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with fellow associates, vendors and owners and board members
Assist in preparation of community mailings, notices & meeting packages
Update association websites including calendar events, association financials, board/annual meeting mintes, community documents
