Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
