-Staff: Responsible for motivating, training, and discipline of the restaurant service staff. Monitors labor cost and staffing of the Restaurant.
- Guest Relations: Addressing food and service issues promptly and authorizing billing adjustments when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Facility Management: Ensuring all equipment and facility areas are properly used, cleaned, and maintained daily.
- Operational Support: Filling in for any restaurant position as needed to maintain seamless operations.
- Staff Development: Conducting ongoing training to ensure employees continue to improve their performance and professional growth.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
