Are you ready to take ownership of cutting-edge AV systems and see your work come to life in real-world environments?
We’re looking for an Audiovisual Engineer who’s ready to step beyond basic installs and grow into a trusted technical expert, someone who enjoys solving problems, working hands-on with technology, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
In this role, you’ll lead installations and commissioning across a wide variety of projects—from modern collaboration spaces to advanced visualization and control environments—while continuing to expand your technical depth and career trajectory.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in bringing AV systems from concept to completion:
- Lead installation and integration of AV systems in diverse environments
- Bring systems online—configuring, testing, and optimizing performance
- Work with control systems, DSP, conferencing platforms, and display technologies
- Support system commissioning and ensure everything functions seamlessly end-to-end
- Collaborate closely with project teams and clients to deliver successful outcomes
- Provide technical insight in the field and help resolve challenges in real time
- Travel to client sites to support deployments and ensure project success
Why This Role Stands Out
- Ownership: You’ll have real responsibility—not just following instructions, but driving results
- Variety: Work across multiple project types and technologies—no two days are the same
- Growth Focused: Build toward advanced certifications, deeper technical expertise, and leadership opportunities
- Impact: Your work directly shapes the environments where people collaborate, learn, and make decisions
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable working hands-on with AV systems and technology
- Experienced or familiar with AV installations and system commissioning
- Curious and motivated to learn more about networking, control systems, and DSP
- Able to read technical drawings or eager to develop that skill
- A strong communicator who works well with both teammates and clients
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willing to travel to support projects and gain exposure to new environments
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
If you’ve worked with any of the following, that’s great—but not required:
- AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, QSC, AMX, etc.)
- Audio DSP platforms (Q-SYS, Biamp, BSS, etc.)
- Networked AV or AV-over-IP solutions (Dante, NDI, etc.)
- Industry certifications or technical training
Grow With Us
We’re invested in your development. In this role, you’ll have opportunities to:
- Expand your expertise in modern AV technologies
- Pursue certifications and manufacturer training
- Develop leadership skills and take on larger, more complex projects
- Contribute ideas that shape how we deliver solutions and serve our clients
Work Environment
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and supportive
- Fast-paced and project-driven
- Focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
What Success Looks Like
- Projects delivered smoothly and professionally
- Systems that perform reliably and exceed client expectations
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams
- Continuous personal and technical growth
