Stylists with 50%+ existing clientele are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide the salon environment and the support. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's individual needs Conduct personalized consultations and make professional recommendations for color, hair care, and styling Demonstrate strong knowledge of color theory and advanced coloring techniques Build lasting client relationships and provide an exceptional guest experience Utilize salon software such as Salon Biz for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail tracking Recommend and confidently upsell professional retail products when appropriate Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by keeping tools, stations, and work areas clean and in accordance with health regulations Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, team-focused attitude Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals and provide recommendations Help mentor and support junior team members by sharing techniques and knowledge in hair styling, coloring, makeup application, and overall skill development.
