InGenesis is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to work with our client. In this role, you will process transactions and enter financial data into databases.

Job Duties
- Process transactions
- Add coding to all applicable requisitions, review computations and coding for accuracy
- Determine validity of fiscal documents (e.g., purchase orders, term contracts, pre-approvals, vendor invoices.
- Communicate with internal or external customers to resolve errors or discrepancies and correct documents before entry into Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (i.e., OAKS, Salesforce and Ohio Buys).
- Maintain files (e.g., pending voucher files)
- Monitor approval workflows related to Operating Invoices and ISTVs in salesforce.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
- Six (6) months training or experience in accounting and/or finance to include an intermediate level of experience in spreadsheet software.
- Experience in spreadsheet software.
