Front of the house cashiers will greet customers once they have arrived. Front of the house will be responsible for taking call ahead carryout and delivery orders as well as cashiering procedures. Must be able to discuss menu items and provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of Nags Head area a plus. Phone answering & navigating POS a requirement. Must be a team player. Cleaning/Maintaining lobby of restaurant spaces/restroom. Other cleaning and side work as assigned. Assist with expo; maintaining clean & organized work stations. Must have clean & neat appearance as you will be in direct communication with families and local customers. Must have reliable transportation. Average hourly pay with tips is $17-25 hour! Must be 18 years old.
Customer service, quality control, providing a safe food environment, and a clean work environment area a must. This position requires nights and weekends and the ability to multitask while prioritizing competing deadlines.
Restaurant experience a plus but willing to train the right person! Must be great with customers and know how to handle them in a professional manner.
Must be a people person and have a positive attitude. Sani-Serv is a plus. This is a fast paced kitchen and you must have some speed.
