The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to walk-in equipment sales and rental requests.
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
Compensation: Base salary + monthly commission + 401k with 6% match + profit-sharing.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support walk-in customers purchase and/or rental requests by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Handle inbound sales leads via phone, email and internet. Fulfill the customers’ questions and pass information to outside sales for follow up if required.
- Complete machine walk-arounds. Demonstrate the operation of equipment and understand and communicate maintenance requirements.
- Ensure rental return units are inspected for damage and service department make ready is created as soon as unit is returned.
- Call inactive customers and determine if they have any equipment needs,
- Follow up on sales leads. Utilize CRM system and ensure authentic information is available with the company.
Required Skills and Education
- Strong customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be expert in handling CRM software and other common computer software such as Power Point, MS Word , Outlook and Excel
- Creative thinker and should posses ability to resolve critical problems
- Good organizational skills, should have ability to multitask and handle multiple situations in a day.
- Should posses ability to work individually in certain situations
- Minimum 2 years sales or equipment experience.
- Associates degree a plus
- Bilingual, Spanish and English required.
