HIRED Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Title Clerk for placement at one of our auto auction clients. We’re seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced with vehicle title work. Process vehicle titles, transfers, lien releases, and reassignments

Verify VINs, mileage, and title documents for accuracy

Communicate with dealerships, lenders, and DMV offices as needed

Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping for title paperwork

Ensure compliance with all state regulations and deadlines

Experience as a Title Clerk (auto auction or dealership preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of title paperwork and DMV processes

Comfortable using computers and document tracking systems

Dependable and punctual
Must be Experienced
