JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a bilingual, results-driven Store Manager to lead store and warehouse operations, drive sales growth, expand distributor relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing retail or distribution store operations, operates with high integrity, and builds strong relationships with internal and external customers, always aligned with corporate guidelines and the organization's commercial goals.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Allen-TX (onsite)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM), with one weekday off.
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: $65K-$72K annually - the final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive maximum sales performance to consistently meet overall sales budget objectives, while maintaining operational integrity and conducting monthly follow-up against updated targets.
- Develop and maintain productive partnerships with distributors to educate and promote Omnilife product sales.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by taking an active role on the sales floor, engaging with customers and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Train store associates on product knowledge to ensure the team is fully informed and well-versed in the company's product line.
- Communicate company-established KPIs and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met.
- Ensure completion of welcome calls, follow-up calls, and activations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy at 99% or above by ensuring 100% product availability.
- Oversee daily reconciliation of sales transactions, cash, and credit card operations.
- Promote brand awareness, establish market presence, and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company-sponsored events.
- Lead the team in delivering superior customer service and post-sale experience to increase and maintain customer loyalty.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail store with warehouse operations
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Education: High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency, especially in Excel
