Position Description: Field Installation Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Traveling Field Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations to install, maintain, and repair our products on-site. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation and Perks:
- $4000 per month base salary (candidates demonstrating exceptional technical ability and communication skills may be considered for higher compensation).
- Eligible for additional incentive compensation based on company new business after 90 day probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to install, maintain, and repair PharmaWatch sensing products.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical and electronic systems.
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful installation and operation of PharmaWatch product.
- Provide onsite instruction and education on PharmaWatch sensing hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to management.
- Assist in the development of training materials for customers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems (preferred not required).
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestic, potential for some international) and work flexible hours.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain positive attitude and communication through difficult and changing circumstances.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Valid U.S. passport (desired, not required).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Able to work in extreme cold for brief periods of time (-40 F)
