POSITION OVERVIEW
The Artist Development Consultant Runner is the support engine behind the artist development process at Muzik411 Studios.
This position is significantly more than a traditional studio runner.
The ADC Runner serves as a hybrid of:
- Studio Runner

The ADC Runner plays a direct role in generating revenue by supporting package sales, nurturing artist relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, maintaining artist engagement, and helping artists successfully navigate the Muzik411 Studios ecosystem.
The primary mission of the ADC Runner is to help Artist Development Consultants close more artist development packages while ensuring every artist receives exceptional service.

ARTIST DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE SUPPORT
The Artist Development Package is the flagship product of Muzik411 Studios.
The ADC Runner is expected to assist in the sales process before, during, and after the package sale.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to inquiries
- Scheduling consultations
- Conducting follow-up communication
- Sending package information
- Confirming appointments
- Tracking leads
- Updating CRM records
- Following up on unclosed opportunities
- Re-engaging inactive leads
The ADC Runner is expected to actively support package conversions.
LEAD GENERATION RESPONSIBILITIES
The ADC Runner is expected to identify potential clients daily.

The ADC Runner actively assists Artist Development Consultants in generating revenue.

The ADC Runner is often the first and most frequent point of contact with artists, making them one of the most important positions within the organization. Their effectiveness directly impacts artist satisfaction, package renewals, referrals, and overall studio growth.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
