Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring a variety of options are available.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
- Handle food items safely and efficiently, adhering to all health regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Support catering operations as needed, helping with preparation for events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or catering industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience as a dietary aide or knowledge of dietary restrictions is a plus.
