Charleston’s culinary philosophy is rooted in classic French principles, shaped by the seasons, regional seafood and game, local produce, and Chef Wolf’s longstanding Lowcountry influences.
Our tasting-menu format allows guests complete freedom to explore the menu, which changes daily and reflects Chef’s extensive travels through France, Italy, Spain, and beyond.
Chef Wolf maintains close relationships with area farmers and watermen and even grows ingredients at her home garden beds, ensuring exceptional seasonal products throughout the year.
