Construction Laborer – Pole Buildings, Pole Barns & Custom Decks
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with the construction of pole buildings, pole barns, and custom residential decks while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction of pole barns, pole buildings, and custom decks
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
- Measure, cut, and install lumber and other building materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and work efficiently as part of a team
- Perform general labor duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Construction experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic construction tools is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
