About the Role:
As Admissions Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire admission process, from initial inquiries to successful placements. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with potential residents, families, and referral sources to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services. You will also be responsible for managing a team of admissions staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective admission strategies to meet or exceed monthly census goals
Conduct tours and presentations to prospective residents and families, showcasing our community's amenities and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, social workers, and case managers
Manage and analyze admission statistics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, financial services, and healthcare, to ensure seamless transitions for new residents
Supervise and train admissions staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance
