Duties
- Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to ensure the organization’s mission is fulfilled with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative programs that meet community needs and align with organizational goals.
- Manage organizational operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative functions to maintain efficiency and sustainability.
- Lead, supervise, and support staff and program teams to foster a motivated, collaborative work environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, funders, government agencies, and families to expand outreach and impact.
- Advocate passionately for individuals served by promoting awareness, policy change, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience demonstrating effective leadership in nonprofit or social service settings.
- Extensive background in program development and program management within social work or related fields.
- Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Administrative expertise including budgeting, financial oversight, and organizational planning.
- Supervising experience leading multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
