Lube Technician - Job Description: Lube Techs are responsible for routine express maintenance of vehicles, oil changes and tire rotation.
Lube Technician - Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Multi-Point Inspections
- Oil and filter change; air filter and cabin filter replacement
- Battery Diagnostic Check and Replacement
- Tire Rotation and Service
- Exterior bulb replacement
- Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors
- Express Techs maintain dealership records and provide service recommendations to their customers.
- Keep shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for dealership-owned tools at all times.
- Follow safety procedures
Lube Technician - Requirements:
- Express Tech / Lube Tech experience or trade school degree
- Good work ethic and works well as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
