Quick Lube Technician

Napleton Honda of Loves Park is seeking a motivated and dependable Quick Lube Technician to join our growing service team. Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes on Honda and other vehicle makes.
- Complete tire rotations and tire pressure inspections.
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
- Check and top off vehicle fluids.
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and batteries as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
- Communicate inspection results and maintenance recommendations to service advisors.
- Assist senior technicians with additional maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Automotive experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 40 hour work week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Saturdays
Experience:
- Automotive service: 1 - 2 years preferred
- Quick lube: 1 year preferred
