Law Clerk
Responsibilities
Assist lawyers with preparation of patent prosecution related papers for submission to USPTO.
Assist lawyers with conducting interviews with patent examiners.
Assist with preparation of patent applications and responses to Official Actions.
Communicate orally and in writing with company clients regarding case status.
Conduct legal research in support of intellectual property litigation matters.
JD, or foreign equivalent, with concentration in Intellectual Property Law. Will accept LLM in lieu of JD degree.
Skills/Qualifications
One year of experience or one year of experience in any intellectual property related jobs.
Legal research in the field of intellectual property/patent law is required.
Will accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience.
