Position Summary
The Warehouse Prep Associate is responsible for preparing inventory for online marketplace shipments according to specific requirements. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll work with a variety of products ranging from delicate glass jars to soft plush toys.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare products for shipments by shrink wrapping, bubble wrapping, boxing, and labeling according to specified requirements based on the items being shipped.
- Build and organize pallets efficiently.
- Follow "touch once" workflows to minimize physical handling and maximize productivity.
- Maintain quality standards to ensure zero defects in Amazon shipments.
- Accurately track inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adapt to varying workload demands as they may shift seasonally.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and following digital workflows.
- Reliable transportation to Phoenixville, PA location.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for the entirety of the shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements for labeling and packaging.
- Ability to work in a temperature controlled warehouse environment.

Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours/week.
- Part-time: May vary based on availability, minimum 2 hours per shift.
- The typical operation schedule is Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
