Taco Boy is actively hiring Restaurant Managers (Service Managers) and Kitchen Managers (Sous Chefs) for our Charleston-area locations.

Position Overview
As a Restaurant Manager at Taco Boy, you will:
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
- Ensure excellent guest experience and hospitality standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team performance
- Partner with culinary and service teams to drive consistency and execution
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Step into leadership during busy services and problem-solve in real time
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- Experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
