Park Square Theatre is seeking a visionary and strategic Managing Director to help lead the organization through an exciting period of artistic and organizational growth.
Working in partnership with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors, the Managing Director will oversee administrative operations, financial sustainability, fundraising, marketing, and organizational leadership as Park Square Theatre advances its 2025–2029 strategic vision.
This full-time executive leadership role will help shape the future of one of Minnesota’s leading theatres, with a focus on:
Financial stewardship and organizational sustainability
Fundraising and capital campaign leadership
Audience growth and community engagement
Staff leadership and workplace culture
Facility modernization and downtown Saint Paul advocacy
Support for education and youth programming initiatives
Salary: $100,000 annually
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
