As a key member of our team you will:

Serve as the first point of contact for all patients, setting the tone for a compassionate, professional experience

Greet, check in, and check out patients efficiently while maintaining a warm and supportive presence

Provide clear guidance, answer questions, and anticipate patient needs throughout their visit

Create a calm, organized environment for patients navigating a sensitive and emotional journey

Proactively manage provider schedules to optimize flow and minimize delays

Coordinate communication between clinical, lab and administrative teams

Respond promptly to new patient inquiries via phone, email and through our website

Guide prospective patients through the process of scheduling a consultation

Collect patient payments and outstanding balances

Clearly communicate financial policies in a supportive and professional manner

Accurately post payments and maintain daily financial logs

Manage end-of-day cash drawer balancing and closing

Optimize patient triage workflows and support team needs across departments as opportunities arise

Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare office, concierge or high-touch client services role

Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization when working with frequent interruptions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or specialty medical practice preferred

Experience with patient scheduling systems and electronic medical records preferred
